PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
The President is both the head of state and head of the United States government, as well as Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. Under Article II of the Constitution, the President is responsible for the execution and enforcement of laws created by Congress. The President has the power either to sign legislation into law or to veto bills passed by Congress, although Congress may override a veto with a two-thirds vote of both houses. Serves a 4 yr term. May not serve more than two terms.

Donald J. Trump was inaugurated as the 45th president of the United States on January 20, 2017.
The work of the Trump Administration included reforming the U.S. tax code; renegotiating trade agreements with Mexico, Canada, China, Japan, and South Korea; expanding the military; defeating the self-proclaimed Islamic State (ISIS); responding to the opioid crisis; improving access to healthcare for veterans; appointing Federal judges, including the nomination of three U.S. Supreme Court justices; and lowering the cost of prescription drugs.
James David "JD" Vance is a Marine veteran who is currently a US Senator from Ohio. JD is the nominee for vice president in the 2024 presidential election.

U.S. SENATE
The Senate is composed of 100 Senators, 2 for each state . Senators’ terms are staggered so that about one-third of the Senate is up for reelection every two years. The Senate has the sole power to confirm those of the President’s appointments that require consent, and to provide advice and consent to ratify treaties. The Senate also tries impeachment cases for federal officials referred to it by the House.. Serves a 6 yr term. No term limit.

Dave McCormick is a 7th generation Pennsylvanian. He’s a West Point graduate, combat veteran and Bronze star recipient. He’s a Pennsylvania job creator and a business leader. He’s a national security expert and a strong and experienced voice for how to overcome the threat from China. And, most important, he is a devoted husband and father of six bright young women for whom he wants to preserve the American dream.

PA ATTORNEY GENERAL
The Attorney General is Pennsylvania’s top law enforcement official, with a wide range of responsibilities to protect and serve the citizens and agencies of the Commonwealth. The office has four sections: the Criminal Law Division, the Public Protection Division, the Civil Division and the Operations Division.
● Serves a 4 yr term. May not serve more than two consecutive terms.

District Attorney Dave Sunday is leading York County’s efforts to increase public safety, promote community well-being, and fight against violence and illegal drugs.
Dave is also a top litigator, a United States Navy Veteran and a dynamic leader who put himself through college and law school while working at UPS. Dave leads an office of prosecutors and detectives who together investigate and prosecute approximately 9,000 criminal cases annually.
After high school, Dave joined the Navy as an enlisted recruit and was deployed to the Persian Gulf, where he participated in Operation Desert Strike. Dave was also deployed to South America and conducted numerous counter-narcotics operations in the Caribbean. Those four years changed his life forever. While serving, Dave learned what it takes to be an effective leader under tremendous pressure. He proudly carries on the Navy’s core principles of honor, commitment, and courage to this day.
AUDITOR GENERAL

Tim DeFoor started his career in public service as a Special Investigator with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Inspector General, where he investigated government and contractor fraud, waste and abuse within state government. Tim then went on to become a Special Agent with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of Attorney General, investigating Medicaid fraud and illegal prescription drug diversion. Later he became a Fraud Investigator and Internal Auditor for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – Health Plan and various federal contractors.
With more than 25 years of combined experience in law enforcement and auditing, in both public service and private industries, Tim is uniquely qualified to serve Pennsylvania citizens.
STATE TREASURER

As the 78th Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, businesswoman and retired U.S. Army Reserve Colonel Stacy Garrity is focused on transparency, cutting waste and fees, returning more than $4.5 billion in unclaimed property to its rightful owners, and making education affordable for Pennsylvanians.
Stacy oversaw the first systemwide upgrade to Treasury’s unclaimed property system in more than 15 years, implemented a fast-track return system for simple claims, and introduced the use of direct deposit payments. To date, she has returned more than $521 million of unclaimed property to its rightful owners – including a record-setting $273.7 million in Fiscal Year 2022-23.
As a veteran, Stacy is also focused on returning the hundreds of military decorations being safeguarded in Treasury’s vault. She has returned more than 380 military decorations to the veterans who earned them or their families, including 6 Purple Hearts and 3 Bronze Stars.
US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES PA 15TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT
Incumbent – was elected in 2008 . The House is composed of 435 representatives. The U.S. House of Representatives makes and passes federal laws. Among other duties, representatives introduce bills and resolutions, offer amendments, and serve on committees. Serves a 2 yr term. No term limit.

PA SENATE
DISTRICT 23
(Bradford, Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga and Union Counties)
Incumbent – was elected in 2008. 25 of 50 seats (the odd-numbered districts) in the Pennsylvania Senate are up for election. The State Senate responsibilities include passing bills on public policy matters, setting levels for state spending, raising and lowering taxes, and voting to uphold or override gubernatorial vetoes. Serves a 4 yr term. No term limit.

PA HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES 68TH LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT
(Tioga County & part of Bradford County)
Incumbent – was elected in 2018. All 203 seats in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives are up for election. The House makes up the legislative branch along with the State Senate. The House creates laws and establish a state budget. Legislative authority and responsibilities of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives include passing bills on public policy matters, setting levels for state spending, raising and lowering taxes, and voting to uphold or override gubernatorial vetoes. Serves a 2 yr term. No term limit.
